Salmon with salad that has Olive Garden croutons and hidden valley ranch dressing and new potatoes for 3 of us other salmon new potatoes with bits from the salad with ranch he is just 2 eats everything but chokes on lettuce sometimes

It was going to be Sweet and Sour chicken , but I saw another post about Hunters chicken and its going to be that ... Funny how DH sends more love hearts to the Hunters chicken query than he does to me .. the way to a man's stomach eh?

I use the BBC Good food site for most of my recipes, never used PON books I will have to look them up as I really dont need any more recipe books

We have stir-fry with turkey breast and stuffed mushrooms (and a jacket potato for Dave) followed by fresh raspberries and Greek yoghurt. Trying to lose Florida weight can you tell?
