The only time I've paid for the Shark Reef was in 2004 when my kids were little enough to be free..

Now it would cost about $80 for the 4 of us and I can't see it in any way warrants that, even for a first time visitor I cant imagine being there longer than an hour.

Similar to sealife centre, then, in terms of prices and time to get around. But in a hotel. I wouldn't pay that much to visit, but for 2 people at £14-15 each I can't say that it's extortionate when compared with the same type/similar charged attractions.

My daughter and I did the Freemont Street one in July. It was the most amazing thing i have ever done. There is a low line and a high line - the high one is longer and you really get the feeling you are flying.

If you do this then I would recommend getting the go pro helmet that they offer you. You don't have to pay until you see the video at the end. I bought it and would post it but some of the language I use at the start isn't very pleasant ( i was petrified at the start and then within a few seconds i was shouting to everyone that it was amazing! ) also if you do decide to do this then I would try to get a later night time slot. I think ours was around 1100 so the lights were going at the same time which was amazing.

We did the Stratosphere and NYNY rides as well but Freemont Street topped the whole lot without a doubt.

We stayed at the Mirage hotel and went to the Seigfried and Roy Secret Gardens a couple of times. We loved it and even went back and did the dolphin private tour. Probably helped that we also had a room that overlooked the Secret Garden. The white lions and tigers are beautiful.
