We made the mistake of not going while in CC. Went to Lobster Ladyvtho, amazing

We did go to Fords at Brandon and will be going to the Vineland one next time we're in Orlando

The Boathouse wasn’t that nice and very overpriced, lovely for the sunset tho. Miromar outlets were lovely and not as busy as Orlando

Miromar was great but it absolutely fell down all the time we were there. We got drenched going between shops

Most places that we looked at in Cape Coral seemed to charge extra for pool heat and electricity, but everything was included here, even shampoo!

The owners are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend it.

I had noticed some seem to have an extra charge for electricity which I hadn't come across with other villa rentals

It seemed to me that most had a fair use policy. Those who ran the AC at ice cold 24/7 or powered their boats etc were left liable for extra charges

That sounds fair - that sounds more like what I would be expecting. I read one review on a villa and the renters were handed an electric bill on arrival. I won't be picking that one!
