Capri by the Sea in San Diego

Thinking of spending aweek in San Diego and not too sure about spending an entire week in a Suite Hotel. However I have found a Time Share Rental Called Capri by the Sea.

Reviews on Tripadvisor seem pretty good. Just wondering if any dibbers know of this complex

Sorry not stayed here but know the area quite well, it is 15-20 min from Sea World and less than that to La Jolla. It is situated on the board walk that goes along to Mission Beach and Belmont Park, it is also next to Crystal Pier which is a pier with a hotel on it. It has got some hotels but is also quite residential with bars Resturaunts and a Supermarket. A really nice area

Was in that area about 3 weeks ago. Friend just lives the next block across. Lucky so and so.

I absolutly loved the place - It seemed a very relaxed and safe place to be. The front Blvd was non-stop joggers, cyclists and roller bladers.

This is a small video I took on my iPhone of the sun setting. It was shot just in front of Tower 23 (free wifi... yeah! ).

The downtown 'Gas Lamp Quarter' of San Diego, it was about a 12 miles, 15 min taxi ride away. About a $25's fare.

Can highly recommend the Cowboy Star Restaurant - Expensive, but Ohhh so good.

I would say 15-20 minutes into the city centre

San Diego is a beautiful city! Seaport village is worth a visit.
