My kids, same age last year, loved NYNY for the theming & atmosphere. Pool wasn't great though.

Over the last few years we have stayed at The Palazzo and The Hotel (Mandalay Bay). Different pools, but my kids (who are currently just a little older than the OPs) have enjoyed both. Yes. Mandalay Bay has the lazy river and Wave lagoon so 'kid friendly', but tha Venetian/Palazzo has several pools which adult and child enjoy. (The are specific over 21 pools as well but they are segregated).
Just have a look on the hotels web sites, you will get a feel for the pool areas, The bigger hotels tens to offer the wider opportunity for families. |

My kids have stayed at:
Signature (loved the fabulous pool at MGM) Venetian Mandalay Bay (great pool) Vdara (didn't use pool) All great for different reasons, but best themed pools definitely at MGM and MB. I would never stay at Circus Circus. The location is poor. I know people describe it as child friendly, but I would describe it as dirty, chaotic, noisy, unpleasant, with disinterested staff, that just happens to have a lot of fair type games and stalls.

MGM has a great pool and lazy river . I have stayed in Circus Circus and we personally found the actual hotel ok and the rooms really nice BUT it's too far down the strip and the pool is over the road and absolutely rammo . We used to sneak over and use the Sahara pool but obviously that's not there anymore...
The signature has 3 nice pools from what I've heard and only one is over 21's I think as not been yet |
