Just wondering as photo is from wrong for me to see
if a furry body could well be the Hornet Moth which has evolved to look like a Hornet so it is not prey.

If you're seeing big individual ones, they might be the queen wasps coming out of winter hibernation and looking for somewhere to live.

I’ve seen some massive ones outside. None in the house though.

I must admit I run a mile when I see one lol, the stripes and the buzzy sound give me the creeps.

It wasn’t furry, maybe just a little fuzz!
It was the eyes that got me though, they look so evil!

Edit to say I just googled the hornet moth and it definitely wasn’t one of those.
