Hagrids adventure with a disability pass

Does anyone know what the DAS pass arrangements are for Hagrids ride or even if they have any? I am hoping it is a return time but thought I’d ask.

Its AAP (Attraction Assistance Pass) at Universal. It will work the same as other attractions, <20 minute queue enter express line straight away, >20 minutes given a return time to enter the express line.

Except Hagrid's currently doesn't support express so I'm not sure it even has an entry for it at the moment.

I'm sure there's a procedure for this though and the person at the queue entry will be able to direct you. We will be finding this out ourselves when we go in a few weeks.

We got a return time today at 9:15am, our return time was 1pm. I thought the ride was amazing. I rode the motorcycle. We still had to queue for another 30 minutes after when we returned.

Thank you, I was hoping it was a sensible return time, which it is. We will prepare him for a more reasonable wait than advertised. Your feedback is appreciated x

We did it last week. They give you a return time. Our return time was about 90 minutes even though the ride had been showing 3 hours and was now "at capacity".
Even when the tide is showing "at capacity" they will let you through the express entrance with AAP/give you a return time. The queue is roughly 30 to 45 minutes long once you return, provided the ride is up and running (i.e. hasn't been stopped for weather at any stage recently)

Thanks for the info, our experience was the same as poster Tea.
We went to the ride attendant when it opened at midday (there was already a massive queue before it opened) and was given a 1:30 return time. We used the express lane (although no current express facility). It then took 40 minutes from joining to getting on the ride.
It was worth the wait.
