There’s not, but you could leave VB towards Cabana Bay and get the bus from there (I’m not sure if there’s a bus direct from VB to IOA as we stayed at Cabana so always went back to the hotel to freshen up between parks).

Get the transfer bus to Volcano Bay from City Walk parking

They send you to a different part of the car park at city walk but it’s part of the same complex and you can easily move between both. You can park at one and visit the other.

They aren’t close in practice. Even if you were staying at Cabana Bay and could walk through there it would still be a 25 minute walk or thereabouts.

There is a walk way from Cabana bay to City walk you enter near Margaritaville it takes about 20 minutes. It is though at the farthest side of Cabana bay from VB. You would be quicker getting the bus to city walk.

I would get the bus back to the parking garage and walk from there.
