Travel insurance for DD who lives and works abroad?

I'm looking for something that im not even sure exists. My DD lives and works in Dubai, she has a very good health insurance policy with her job which includes travel health insurance.

She is home atm but leaving next week to travel to the far east for 4 weeks before returning to Dubai.

Does anyone know if she can buy insurance that will cover her whilst travelling, she needs insurance for lost luggage, money, passports etc, so all insurance except health.

Is there such a thing available?

Yes - loads of insurers in Dubai sell this for people who are resident in the country. She will need to call one of them and buy it herself. They will want her UAE resident numbers (like NI number) and address in the kingdom.

She is a resident of Dubai so has. To buy it there if she doesn't already have an annual policy (many ex pats do)

I agree, technically she can be anywhere when she buys it but it must be underwritten by an UAE (any emirate doesn't have to be Dubai) insurer.
