Venice accomodation- recommedations please

We stayed in the Hilton Molino Stucky in September.
It was awesome and a 10 minute boat ride from st marks square.they have their own shuttle outside the hotel and rooftop pool and bar.

Take a look at Ca’ Bonvicini. A beautiful B&B close to Rialto bridge. Lovely Venetian style rooms with views onto a small canal and breakfast served in your room each morning including freshly made eggs, toast, crossaints etc. It was fantastic for the price; have a look on Trip Advisor

We stayed there too, beautiful hotel. The breakfast room was quite something. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a huge array of breakfast items to suit all nationalities!

Thanks everyone, appreciate your suggestions, lovely hotels!. I have eventually decided and booked (link below) Good reviews, reasonably priced. Off the main hub and set in gardens which really suits us as close enough t walk to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Now to figure out water buses lol
