We stayed here 3 weeks ago. Great location. Would also stay next time we visit HP studios, we paid £33 over half term.

The Croxley Green Premier Inn is just around the corner from my house! It's in a nice location with a Brewers Fayre underneath the hotel, a harvester round the corner and it's a 5 minute walk away from a Morrisons too. From there you can either get a bus to Watford Junction to get the HP bus or it's about a 20 minute drive.

You could also look at the Holiday Inn Express Watford Junction, it's right next to the station and also within walking distance of the town centre.

Village Hotel Watford is nearby, nice hotel with pool and Starbucks. Harry Potter Studios is fab by the way, been twice and still lots to see!

We made a weekend of it and stayed in Oxford. Pottered around on Saturday in oxford and then the studios on Sunday. It was a fab weekend. Mind you it was summer.
