Yes it’s really easy. Just use the easy image uploaded under your text box.
The only thing I found tricky in the mobile view was to reply to multiple comments but you shouldn’t worry about that. When I got a chance I just switched to the desktop view if I wanted to do this.
Give a photo a try on your phone and if you get stuck just shout.

Do you see a screen like this when you reply or quote using your phone?

Once you see this press select choose file and then select the picture you want from your photo Library.
Press upload image.
Once it’s finished put your cursor where you want the photo in your text box and just scroll back down and press on the photo.
