Special needs pass for more than one person
Both my children have additional needs including autism. When we go to Disneyland Paris we normally just get the one green pass because it covers us all but now they are older and I have one son that is more adventurous than the other so for rides like space mountain etc I would need one child to be able to get a return time and the other child to be able to get a return time for different ride at the same time meaning they will need a pass each.
If we obtain one for each of them does this mean we will be able to get 2 return times at once for the whole family or that we will have to split our party to cover only 2 people per pass? I don’t mind either way I’m just trying to plan and it’s helpful to know - also my eldest REALLY didn’t cope having to wait for a ride even outside of the queue when we went last time because he is used to the disneyland Paris system and spent so much time smashing his head it would certainly be a huge help to have 2 |

even if both kids had their DAS, you would not be allowed to get 2 return times for the whole family, as it would open doors for abuse
when a DAS is issued, all the persons that can benefit from that need to have their tickets/MB scanned, in order to be linked to the DAS of the disabled person Technically you could get a DAS for both children, and have 1 parent linked to each on I guess that you could swap bands between parents to change who gets to ride with a kid or the other but you won't be able to have 2 return times for the family at the same time and you won't be able to ride as a whole family if each child got their own return time (you need to specify how many people get the return time when you ask for one) also my eldest REALLY didn’t cope having to wait for a ride even outside of the queue when we went last time [/QUOTE] unfortunately this is exactly what DAS is about spend the wait time outside of the line but, that won't change the fact that DAS is waiting outside the line, so if your child can't cope with it, DAS won't make a difference for them I would suggest asking directly the question to Disney's Disability Service, and how to deal with 2 kids with different requirements chances are you will be told to get a DAS for the whole family, and whoever doesn't ride, doesn't ride, and only one return time at once we have the same issue here, as I am eligible for DAS, and so is my son the issue is that whoever gets a DAS has to ride. And DS and I don't do the same ride. So DS gets the DAS and I miss out on the rides he doesn't do, because we were always asked who we wanted to put the DAS on, my son or myself, but never both so, in my experience and opinion, you'll need to split the party, one parent with each child. |

The new Guest Experience Team blue umbrella locations (except at EPCOT) should help with the waiting for rides issue. You can get a return time from them without needing to go anywhere near the actual ride. Also make sure you make full use of Fastpasses as the systems are seperate and times can overlap.

you can get both boys issues with their own DAS , and have all 4 connected but as other posters have said you can only have one das slot on it at a time. The CMs are able to split your party when you request a return time , so only allocate one parents das to a ride A and a different das ride to the other child and parent on ride B
