1 leg cancelled
We had flights booked to Fuerteventura in August. It worked out cheaper to fly there directly from Manchester & home via Dublin. It was booked with Ryanair as 3 separate bookings. Our return flight from Dublin to Manchester has been cancelled. At the moment, the other two are still going. Has anyone else has this & does anyone know where we stand? We’re hoping the other flights are cancelled too, but do we have any rights if one out of three are cancelled?

If these are completely separate bookings, you don't have any automatic right to refund from the airline on flights that operate, even if flights on other bookings have been cancelled.
You'd be potentially looking at an insurance claim if you wanted to cancel, if your cancellation is eligible under your policy, or possibly a voucher (I'm not familiar with Ryanair's policy on vouchers and whether they would be available if you cancelled the other bookings). You are of course eligible for a refund on the cancelled flight, though with Ryanair it might take a while to go through. |
