Kay’s / zales diamond trade in

I have at Kay’s, was a few years ago but it worked really well, I think I got a great deal.

Great as got diamond band few years ago
But I don’t wear it as it’s too heavy
So was thinking maybe trade in next time I go
My receipt is slightly faded by u see it says zales and and bar code is clear

Not a trade in but great customer service from Zales when I lost a diamond out of my ring, I didn't have a receipt and couldn't remember which year I bought it but took it back to Zales, I was honest and said I couldn't find the receipt and I had bought it probably 8-10 years ago, no problem they sent it off to get a replacement diamond and was told sorry but we will have to charge you, I said that's fine and gladly paid the $13.99. That was just last year, I dread to think how much I would have paid in the UK
