With 12 days to go DLP trip has been cancelled

We thought it may be coming but today we found out our flights to Paris have been cancelled so we can't get to DLP. We are really hoping we will get some kind of refund can't get through to DLP guessing we will end up losing some money. Even started packing so I'll have to unpack now dam my organised self Haha.

Can you not look at alternative travel arrangements? Different flights, Eurostar, self drive?

Oh gosh we are flying with Air France as well in 12 days, but have not had email yet to say different.

We didn't get an email we looked online and it said our flights were cancelled! Trying to find other arrangements atm may be able to fly with someone else going to ring them as we are very confused!
