I've pretty much always got American people when calling DLP direct. Including when they called me to change a flight time once. 🤷

I just got this:

Dear Guest,

The health and safety of our Guests and Cast Members has never been more important to Disneyland Paris. In order to ensure your well-being remains a top priority, the Disneyland Paris Parks will close from March 16 through to March 31. During this time, the Disney Hotels, Partner Hotels and Disney Village will remain open.

At this time, we kindly ask for your patience while we assist our Guests who are due to travel imminently. While our Disney Experts work through our Guests in travel date order, we would like to assure you that we are committed to assist you in amending your holiday so you can look forward to experiencing the magic of the Disney Parks. Please note, Walt Disney Travel Company International is waiving amendment fees for all Guests during the closure period to afford you the best possible flexibility to change your booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking we will offer you a full refund, you do not need to call us, kindly email to confirm your cancellation at disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com and ensure to include your booking reference and travel date in the subject line and this will be actioned in due course.
