Those who were meant to be going now/in the next few days, have you had a reply from Disney yet?
I know they’re going to be working through all the bookings, but surely the ones this week etc should have heard something? 🤔

We booked with WTDC (disneyholidays.co.uk) - no reply to email sent last Friday yet.

We sent the email to WDTC on Friday morning too. We were not due to go until April, but no response yet.

We have now received our refund (from Walt Disney Travel Company).

Hope everyone is getting on OK with sorting theirs.

I got a total refund from Magic Breaks. Just minus the booking fee of £10. I was due to go in May. Cancelled on Live chat on Monday. They tried to convince me to either wait, or rebook. I declined and asked for my refund. I was told it could take 10 weeks. I got a call last night, the agent didn't realise it had already been cancelled. She processed the refund over the phone, said it could take 7 days. Was in my bank this afternoon. X

We were due to go in 2 days, I sent a cancellation email which received an automated response, but I've just checked my credit card bill and I've not had a penny back yet.
