HELP - Easyjet cancelled flight - need to move dates to DLP

Hi Everyone,

We've just had an email from Easyjet to tell us that they've cancelled our return flight from CDG. We can get other cheaper flights flying out a day earlier and returning a day earlier, but I wondered if anyone knew how easy it would be to bring our holiday forward one day - I've checked on the DLP website and the holiday would be the same price, so that's not a problem - but I'm worried Disney won't let us change the dates ...

Has anyone had to do this before? Please help

You can make alterations, and I'm pretty sure there isn't a fee if its more than 60 days away.

Have a look on the back of the confirmation letter they sent you, and give them a ring in the morning Good luck honey

Aww hun That's rubbish.

Its annoying when things get changed when you've planned stuff.

I've just checked my confirmation pack, and it says "reservations made online must be altered in writing"

I'm pretty sure they'll give you that information over the phone.

Really hope they can change it. Chin up sweetie

Thanks hun, I booked it over the phone anyway (because there's 7 of us going) so I'm sure it should be fine, if I have to write to them I can do that as well, it won't be problem ... by hook or by crook I'm going to DisneyLand Paris even if I have to fly the flippin' plane myself! xxxx

Hmm..reading further. A different date of arrival is treated as a booking cancellation. Doing this more than 60 days prior will incur at 10% of total booking cost cancellation charge.

I'm not really too sure what they'd do to be honest - its hardly your fault the plane was cancelled. I'd ring the main booking line tomorrow (usually get an American who are more than helpful).

All I can do is phone Disney and explain to them what's happened and that we need to move it forward by a day and see what they say ... if we get charged then we get charged and it'll just have to be paid ... I'm not going to let this ruin my holiday.

SIL has got a right snot on with us now - not our fault, but she's snapping at us something rotten and all we're trying to do is sort it out.

I'm going, even if I have to cancel the whole lot and rebook it for just me and DH!

All done, sorted and we're off again ...

Completely cancelled my flights with easyJet and have re-booked them for the Sunday (instead of the Monday) saving us £117.

Phoned Disney and spoke to an absolutely lovely and wonderful lady and she's moved all my days forward by a day and we didn't have to pay anything extra for moving the dates. She was so nice ...

So ... we're going a day earlier, saved ourselves £117 and it's all good!
