See if I'd known when we came to rebook that the system could be open before we linked, I would have thought twice, suppose it gets on my nerve that the last perk of paying onsite prices was being taken away, plus some people who moved their booking after me had linked. No idea if its Wed or Mon but I'll be trying both. I also wanted to ask about my 21 day tickets which I totally forgot about but remembered when called back

Same here. I think people are really panicking here. There is no way bookings for 2021 will be full by the end of next week

See if she hadn't been so rude to start with I would have bottled it, she got my back up which is the first time that's ever happened when I've called in over the years. I was quite prepared to fight for my deposit and when I got transferred thats what I expected. I'm sure she's lovely really, they're under a ton of pressure. I probably came across horrible as I had to raise my voice to speak when she kept speaking over the top of me as she got louder whenever I tried to speak.

I don't think so either but I'm fed up of Disney giving bits and pieces of info all over the place.

Here's where it gets fun, she linked my booking alright, for a week later than we are staying. Called back (sigh) managed to get a callback via the new booking line and a lovely girl called me and got it all sorted.

I made it clear to the CM's I spoke to the first time that I know 100% that this isn't their fault but that it's not ours either and had we been given full disclosure last week, we could have decided if we wanted to risk it or not and that had I known, I'd probably have taken my deposit and booked offsite given that the first CM agreed that my booking likely wouldn't link until next weekend... after offsite have access to the system too. So its sorted, I would have just taken my deposit back after she said there's no way to link and as far as I was aware, that's why I was speaking to a manager but when she said she was in the process of linking it I was surprised tbh.

Glad you got linked ..did you just phone the usual number?...mines still not linked and it’s starting to wind me up now ...I’m going to Call in the morning and just tell them to link it as they obviously can

I am SO stressed !
I did bot realised they closed at 4pm

I called today and got through, we booked on the 10th June for Hotel stay with tickets for April 2021, and can't link on the My Disney Experience app. The lady I spoke too wasn't overly helpful she said she couldn't find our booking and said she would have to speak to someone else and could I hold. I explained that I could see the booking on manage my booking but not on Disney Experience. Anyway when she came back she just said they would look into it but it may just take a little while for it to link. So just have to wait and book parks when it does eventually link on the app.

I’m really not understanding why they will link some peoples when they phone but others are basically being told tough and have to wait till it links itself
