Hi
Is anyone else in the process of getting fit for Florida for easter or anytime 2020? I have to and I mean have to lose weight I need to fit on the islands of adventure rides with my kids! Joining slimming world on Wednesday too It’s so daunting so was hoping there’s some more people out there in the same boat |

I’m going to increase my exercise routine, be stricter with cutting out rubbish and making healthier food choices. I don’t need to lose weight per se but would like to be fitter by the time we go (July 2020). I just find it so hard finding time to commit to exercise and I’m not very motivated at the minute!
Good luck on your weight loss journey. 👍🏻 |

I'm getting ready for summer 2020. I'm a vegan already so it's harder to 'diet' so to speak but I've been cutting down on my snacking and portion sizes and have started using a 'flat tummy' cream. I've already lost 5 pounds in the last month from this alone. I've got plans to start exercising more. Good luck everyone 💪

A good way of exercising is trying the c25k running course.
Good luck in your fitness regimes 👍🏻 |

I’m doing this - we go in May 2020 without my hubby who I usually rely on to help me carry the various inflatables in the waterparks as I have no upper body strength.
Starting back on C25K and doing weights also to help with upper body conditioning. Edited at 01:59 PM. |

4 stone down yeah ! I just about fit in everything last year but wanted to be more comfortable. I’ll keep it up another 2-3 stone to go . |

Going in sept this year and want to lose a stone. Bought a fitbit a week ago and changed my way of life - every step walked, every calorie eaten and burnt shown, given me the incentive I needed. Every day is a challenge to try and beat previous figures, I would recommend it to anyone, best £120 spent.
