help with taxis/ uber

I asked a similar question but think I added it in the wrong section.

I will be travelling with my 19 month and will be rely on taxi's or uber.

its the first time I've travelled with him in USA and I don't know what the law is on him riding in a taxi without a car seat? also does anyone have any advice/tips on uber..

Have you tried looking at the "Sticky Note - Uber hints & tips" its at the top of the Car Hire & Transportation Forum. It has lots of information so your question might have been asked and answered.
