Not here on ADR day
Just realised that I'm not going to be near a phone (or internet) when the time comes to make reservations.
I'll get my wife to do it, but will Disney be happy to take instructions over the phone from her when everything is booked in my name? She is one of our party, obviously, and we are staying on site if that is at all relevant. Also, other than a list of our preferred restaurants, times etc, what will she need - our booking ref, a credit card, anything else? |

I booked all mine online (except Cinderella's castle) though MDE and anyone who had my password would have been able to do it.
My husband booked Cinderella on the phone, and Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique, with no problems and the lead booking is in my name. |

Anyone can do it for you, my sister did one of mine as I was away and couldn't get online.
I'll called Disney beforehand to check who said it was fine for her to give my card details. |

I am, or will be, a first timer and in my limited experience it was not essential to book at 180 days. I chopped and changed for days and days afterwards and then more recently when my fast pass window opened up, I juggled things around again without too much trouble.

My friends just did theirs at 158 days and got everything including CRT and BOG, Disney won't let you go hungry!

We have late swapped from another destination and go in 68 days and just managed to book everything we wanted but one thing - Ohana.
That includes a 7:20pm California Grill and an early evening Le Cellier plus two BoG breakfasts. So, you don't have to panic. And I would recommend using MDE instead of phoning - much easier. |
