Latest time for a breakfast which finishes at 11?

If I book a breakfast for 10.55 that finishes at 11 will we get less food availability/thrown out quickly?

It is a restaurant which doesn't serve lunch (Cape May Cafe). Breakfast ends at 11 and they are offering a 10.55 ADR.

They don't kick you out at all. We had a 10:45 ADR at 'ohana and was late (evc's on the bus!) and arrived about 5 minutes late. We got seated at 11 which is when breakfast is supposed to end and we were about 40 minutes and the place showed no sign of emptying

A tip is to look at the time they start serving lunch. If breakfast is said to run to 11am and lunch service doesn't start till noon, you'll have that hour to enjoy your breakfast.

They can't offer you an ADR slot, say you have 5 minutes to eat and no characters then charge the same price as everyone else! Generally character buffets take around an hour so that's how long you should have.
That said, we had a dinner ADR at Garden Grill a few years back which was close to closing time and I felt rushed. Our course were all brought with little time between. I suppose the difference with a buffet is you're getting the food so can take your time.

Cape May doesn't serve lunch so they don't change the food options or rush you at all
