Uber Davenport to Poly

Has anybody used Uber from Davenport to the Poly (or similar)?

We have an ADR for Ohana for dinner and were thinking of having a few drinks around the monorail hotel loop before hand

We are staying on Solana so not too far away and there will be 6 of us (4ad 2ch)

Just wondering if people have done this, was it ok? What kind of cost are we looking at and is it easy to get an Uber back to the villa again too?

PS we are Uber virgins so go easy on us lol

We done this last February we too were uber first timers lol, it was so easy. Sorry can’t remember the cost but wasn’t much, there were four of us. Dropped us off right outside Poly and we met another driver outside again on the return, all very straight forward 😀

We’ve done it from terrace ridge (just round corner from where you are) upto Disney Springs and the boardwalk.
Cost was around $15ish.
Going to Disney I’d leave plenty of time as sometimes we had to wait 20min for an Uber to come and one time they cancelled so had to start the wait again.
Coming home they hang round Disney a lot to pick up so never waited more than 5min.

Tip, if new to Uber sign up on multiple phones and send each other the free ride codes.

Assume Uber from there is just as simple or plentiful?

They have a pick up/drop off area at Disney Springs.

Only thing I found little tricky was the WiFi didn’t extend to that area so waited until our car was 2min away make a bite of the make and colour then head and find them. Never had a problem so don’t let that put you off.

I’d say it was quicker to get collected from Springs than the hotels
