How many TS credits for kids meals in signature restaurants?

Just been looking at some of the signature menus to see which do most suitable kids menus.
I know it's 2TS credits in these places, but looks like kids meals are same price as in normal restaurants. Do you still need to use 2TS credits for these? Seems a complete rip off!

We upgrade the kids to adults then pay out of pocket for their meal and use their credits towards ours.

Yes you do. Usually cheaper to pay for theirs and use their credits for your own meal. In my experience the food is not the same as other restaurants though, it's better quality.

That only works of you've upgraded the children to the adult plan though. Otherwise they'll just have children's credits that can only be used for child meals.

We are planning to do that where we can with our 11 year old as he wont eat a full adult meal- so plan to pay OOP for a kids meal.

We never have DDP but I can confirm that the children's meals at Signatures are a different standard and higher price than 1 credit places.
