BOG Reservation and MVMCP

We have a reservation for BOG on the same night we have tickets for MVMCP. We plan to spend the day in Magic Kingdom and our reservation at BOG is for 5:40pm. Do we have to leave the park after our reservation and re enter or can we just stay for MVMCP after dinner. Not sure how this works never been to any of the parties at Disney. Any info is much appreciated

You just need to collect your wristband from the stations within the park at 4pm then you are good to go. No need to leave x
