BOG wait
Hi
Is BOG purely ADR or can you wait in a "normal" queue? No luck getting ADR 😢 so just wondered if we had an alternative Thanks

They used to have walk ups when it first opened but these days it is very much by ADR only. Don't despair just yet. They do get cancellations so just keep trying even on the day. Also keep your eye on the cancellation thread on here.

Have to agree with PP, it is really rare that you can get a walk up, it is such a popular restaurant still.
Set up a reservation finder on mouse dining and touring plans and they will alert you if there are any cancellations - act fast though because even the cancellations get snapped up quickly.

We were able to rebook a BoG lunch while over here (had to cancel due to Irma). We were also able to change the time of that ADR the day before. We got Tusker House an hour before we wanted today too. People rearrange plans constantly and your best bet of an ADR is while here.

No there is no "normal queue". The long queue you might have seen is probably the queue for people that have an ADR but not preordered.
I tried for weeks to get a booking using touringplans alerts, I got loads of alerts but I must have missed a dozen slots because they often came in the middle of the night. I would still try it, but in the end your best chance is probably a cancellation the day before, we found many things came up with a last minute slot. |
