I know it is not Virgin/TCD but have noticed on BA flydrive it now says that you may be liable to a no show fee. I would think most people choosing ba flydrive do take the car though. Don't think this is a problem that occurs with TA's.

I called and told Virgin we were not taking the car. Couldn’t remove it altogether as it was a flydrive package. Virgin have left it as a one day rental and gave me 2 free Vroom entries in place of the car. I do think it depends on the virgin advisor you get though.
