BA Avis questions

Hi
Booked a fly drive with BA for next summer and have a couple of questions:
Do I need to book any extra insurance on top of what I have got as part of the fly drive deal?
Do I have to pick the car up on the said day, or can I phone and ask to pick it up a few days later?
Is the airport the only place I can pick up the car?

I've booked Avis via BA from the UK and all insurance was included. Never tried collecting a car more than a few hours late, I'd ring Avis once you have a booking reference.

No extra insurance needed, that's why ba fly drives are great
