Gatwick to Heathrow Transfer

Can anyone recommend please?

We are leaving from Heathrow but coming back into Gatwick. This has always put me off before, but the BA prices even had my dh saying it was fine!

I'm thinking of dropping dh and the kids at LHR the night before as we will stay over, and driving to Gatwick, parking then getting the train back to LHR so the car is at Gatwick when we land but seems a lot of hassle!

What have others done or planning to do? Thanks

I'd say that sounds like the least hassle option (assuming there is a train, I'm from Leeds so I've no idea!). Certainly one that you'll be grateful for on the way home!

My friends just used Purple Parking, they took the car to Gatwick to meet them. Pussycat

I've never done it but there are a number of people on theses forums using these batransfer/ . Despite the name they are not affiliated with British Airways

Oh, that's really interesting. Thank you! I'll check it out as usually use PP Meet & Greet at Heathrow.
