I suspect because it's the parent paying CMS and then CMS paying the other parent rather than direct payment it'll be acceptable ... and something sadly CMS are quite familiar with.
I'd be talking to both CMS and then a lawyer before doing anything though.

As mentioned earlier no indirect contact means exactly that. She should make arrangements through her solicitor or the child support agency for payments

Get legal advice, he is under a restraining order for a reason, what ever that may be, & should be paying for his children regardless which entails no contact anyway

Seek legal advice and ensure that custody or financial enquires are dealt with by solicitors and not family members. In the same vain if you are contacted by her, refer her back to a solicitor, preferably in writing

She is now - through us - asking him for money for one of their children. My opinion is that if he hands over money it is some form of contact.

Would I be wrong in that conclusion. I personally don't trust her and think she may be setting him up. Break the restraining order and he may well go to prision!

Any advice would be very very welcome before the boy sets himself up!
