DAS Pass - How Long does it last & how does it work between parks?

We're going to WDW for 2 weeks in the summer and my eldest has Aspergers so we were going to get a DAS pass to help out with the wait times.

Do we have to get a DAS pass daily or do we get one on the first day of the holiday and it will last for the whole two weeks?

Also how does it work if we move between parks on the same day?

Thanks

You can get a DAS for your length of stay.

As others said it lasts the length of stay. You will need to take all the magic bands you want associated with the DAS with you and your eldest so they can photo them and then link all the bands but everyone doesn't have to go in with you. I tend to collect all the bands and then head in on my own and they wait outside or in a shop just to make it easier.
