If it helps the Emma mattresses are on a good Wowcher deal just now.
I would keep the bed as it is a bargain and just keep looking for the Xbox even if it is for after Christmas. |

In your shoes I’d keep the bed. Your children have understood the value of money by making the choice between the bed or gifts - if you choose to overrule that and can afford to do so that’s up to you
 You may have more luck with the x box once lockdown is over and you can physically go to a shop? How old is your son? Would he be happy with the promise of an Xbox when it is in stock? The saga of the extra bed might be a funny Xmas morning anecdote? Edited at 08:40 PM. |
