Phoning BA to change car

Hey Dibbers

We are wanting to change our car with BA fly drive but no option to do it online in Manage My booking- it only gives an option to add another car - has anyone managed to get through on the phone to BA to change a car on their fly drive.

I got through to BA in under 5 minutes on Monday afternoon! All sorted and off the phone in 7 minutes, I couldn’t believe it.

Give them a call and use the option for changing your booking. They have to cancel the existing car and rebook the new option for you. It can all be done easily over the phone.

I actually phoned yesterday and did exactly this in about five minutes (I had literally just made a booking and then realised I’d booked the wrong sized car - they all had similar names! Lol!) - had no problem at all👍

That’s gone right up, pretty sure it was only £50 amendment fee last year because I did it a couple of times

I wasn’t but I literally rang as soon as I’d booked as I realised my mistake immediately 👍

You’ll nearly always have an option to upgrade at the desk when you arrive - Dont think I’ve never been offered that when going to a desk.
