Wrong side of the bed
Do you ever wake up on the wrong side of the bed?
From 06:45 this morning I haven’t been able to shake it off, I think I’m going to potter in my bedroom with a movie on. Pointless post just wondered

I do some days I’m happy, some days I feel miserable all day. sometimes I feel better after a few hours.

Yes! I was like this yesterday and felt no better today. Similar to mega flyer I did a workout, running on the treadmill, then I felt much better.
I heard a couple of good things today, 4 weeks to the shortest day and this quote. There may not seem like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, there is but the tunnel is not straight so you can’t see it. |

Yes definitely. I woke up today just feeling so miserable and I felt miserable all day. I have a lot on my mind though, I don’t tend to wake up in a bad mood without reason. Although I can be grumpy first thing!

I’ve definitely been getting out of the wrong side of bed. I’m normally reasonably chirpy but I’ve been miserable as sin lately, despite no obvious catalyst. I think there’s a lot of it about.
