Disney E-mail Addresses

Hi
Does anyone know if there is an e-mail address I can use to communicate with guest services at the Animal Kingdom Lodge?

My wife and I are staying there in January next year and she has a cruciate ligament injury so I want to request a room reasonably close to hotel amenities etc and not somewhere down half a dozen corridors!

I am trying not to ring as people in England have a problem with by Yorkshire accent -an American at the end of a phone line won't understand a word!

unfortunately they dont accept email requests. you have to go through either whoever you booked with to put in the request or phone them

You are better off ringing the resort 5 days before you travel for any room requests, i live in Filey and have a broad Yorkshire accent and have never had any problems communicating when ringing Disney on numerous occasions.

The Walt Disney World Resort Hotels no longer accept special room requests by fax / phone to a resort - any special requests need to be made by calling 407-WDW-MAGIC (939-6244).

Even us in Scarborough struggle with Filey accents
