We did a day trip in March, with Florida Dolphin Tours (booked through Attraction Tickets Direct).
They have a few options to choose from - just the trip with lunch, or with a choice of boat trip or Clearwater Marina added. We went for the Sea Screamer option, so not sure if Little Toot was one of the options. I can definitely recommend the day trip as non-Florida drivers. If you fancy a nose at a few more details (and a LOT of photos), it's the latest day of my trippie (link to the index in my signature). Hope this helps

We drove and parked but had booked online for little toot as we were going just for that so wanted to make sure we could get on - that was July / August so probably less busy now.
