Reebok Nanos or Metcon shoes

I desperately need some new trainers for the gym. As I do mostly weights rather than running my PT recommends either of these.
I don't really want to buy online but I'm struggling apart from JD sports to find them. And I really don't want to spend £100 plus. I'd be happy with an older style colour rather than the very latest ones . Reluctant to stretch to more than £70. Any suggestions welcome please 😀

What size as child and adult can overlap with children's being cheaper.

What weights are you doing? My PT recommended Converse Chuck Taylors for deadlifting etc

I have metcons 5. I find them very comfy and felt a massive difference in my feet and legs after exercising. They gave me better support than my running shoes with regards to weights and hiit exercises.

I train 4 to 5 times a week at a Crossfit box.

I have had a few pairs of Metcons and Nanos.

I love my Metcons but for an all rounder the Nanos get it for me.
