Goodness me no. I think they are very rare actually and according to Angelbabe they should be reported. Hopefully to be relocated and not destroyed.

Oh wow! Amazing to see but not sure I’d want it roaming free close to me!

I saw mountain lion earlier this month in Palm Springs - in early hours walking around my hotel grounds . I thought it was a bobcat so wasn’t worried as they are tame and everywhere in California (well so are mountain lions it seems ) but the owners said not - still it was an awesome photo I took

Oh do share photo please MF. I love big cats but tigers are my real thing.
Lucky you didn't go to pet it if you thought it was tame!

I’d have ran as fast as I could MF (which isn’t very fast at all)
What a sight though!

Auntie Sue, I also love tigers, and my only one tattoo is of a tiger. An ex colleague sent me pictures last year because her and her hubby stayed at a wildlife park in a cabin in the UK with a big window looking out to the tigers who walk past (how cool is that).

Apparently you are supposed to stand still and make yourself look huge with your arms (not difficult for rotund me ) but I only found this out after the event - ir was at a distance anyway and a pool between it and me !

I'd be good at standing still looking huge too. Finally a useful life skill.
