UPVC Painting

Hi
So the dilemma is do I replace my windows completely or have them spray painted. I would have them replaced but that would mean disturbing my render (I dont do patching) and I would have to have it all removed and put back on which will incur cost! However don’t want to make the mistake of choosing wrong. Anyone had their PVC painted? Were you happy with results? If you don’t mind sharing how much was it?
TIA

Are you sure your render would be disturbed? We had our windows replaced in December and you’d never know it had been done.

OP. Can I ask what is wrong with the uPVC that means it needs painting?

Secondly any window fitter who can't remove existing frames without damaging rendering or plaster wants sacking.

DH has upvc doors and windows in his shed. I decided to paint them with special upvc paint, it doesn't look good and it peels off.
Granted that wasn't a specialist job but I think you may do that and decide to replace them anyway.

So I had a extension about 10 years ago and had the house totally rerendered but stupidly didn’t replace 3 windows in the front (we ran out of money) and at the time they were fine. So the issue I have with them is they are now about 25 years old and have white Georgian bars in the middle which have gone yellow and look terrible. The frames aren’t too bad! So I can have the glass replaced but if I get the same style I’m worried that the ‘white’ on the Georgian bar will be too bright and make my frame look dull. Also was thinking don’t want to invest in just the glass if the frame will need replacing at some point. Then I thought I may just get plain glass but I won’t match the other 3 houses in my row(we all have the same) and don’t know if it will stick out. I’m really over thinking this but don’t want to waste money!
Can you really put in/out a window without wrecking render? Any windows I see that have been put in they are all patched around and you can see the line(that would drive me mad!). How would they get them in/out without damage? Why didn’t I replace them at the time

I can see your thinking ref old windows.
Removing a uPVC window is no real difference to a wooden one really
Firstly take out the beads and remove the sealed glass unit.
Then take off any sashes and fanlights to reduce weight.
Then disc straight through the top and bottom of the frame with a hand held disc cutter. No real dust just plastic and metal swarf
Once the cuts are made you can fold the sides down.

We only have a small terraced house but these are our new windows, the day after they were done.
