waiting impatiently...!

Harriet is slightly larger than M15 - think that's usual for females. She also has distinctive markings at the back where her white head feathers meet the back, but its hard to see this when its windy. There are differences around the beak too. They used to have a bit further down the cam page showing how to tell them apart but its gone now.

As Julie said, female baldies are bigger but oft you're unable to tell until you see them together.
You ladies might like to see some photo's my Bokeelia photographer friend took of a great blue heron and it's chicks at a Venice rookery. See HERE.

Harriet is larger and her feathers are darker, M15 has a white feather amongst the brown at the back of his neck

I have the sound on whilst doing other odds 'n ends, just heard interaction calls, I believe, from M15. Harriet briefly flew off the nest, leaving the eaglets alone, before returning. Unfortunately one of the eaglets is bonking the other! Harriet is offering her beak to the bonker and whilst it's keen there's no food on offer. I'm guessing they will be hungry as they likely haven't eaten for circa 8 hours, this bonking may increase once food is introduced into the nest.

Harriet has finally arrived back at the nest, after being gone for hours, but hasn't bought any food back. The little ones must be starving, lets hope they have more success feeding them tomorrow.

Hopefully so Helen as it could be nigh on 24 hours before they next see food. My guess is CROW fed them around 7-8am yesterday before bringing them back to the nest. Their growth whilst at CROW has been excellent.

At last they finally have food, the little ones seem to be helping themselves.

I'm just watching it too, guessing the mangled mess is a hare been found as road kill although it may be something else as it is hard to work out and I don't know all Florida wildlife. The smaller one is clever though he missed out a lot on feeding as he was in the submissive pose however he waited until his sibling wasn't watching and carefully creeped over and started self-feeding
