Disney springs Hotels

I’m looking at Disney Springs hotels, which ones are nearest to Disney Springs and what ones have. a great pool. I’m just looking at other options., three of the party have mobility issues and I’m just looking at alternatives to Disney on site. I have also been looking at Swan and Dolphin, any thoughts. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can view all of the hotels from looking on google maps. The hotels are located on Hotel Plaza Boulevard and include B Hotel, Hilton Lake Buena Vista, Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, Holiday Inn Orlando-Disney Springs Area, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is nearby also.

All the hotels in the Plaza are close to Springs, but the very closest are Wyndham and the 2 Hilton. I stay at Hilton Palace, fab pool area, a lazy river and also a separate pool. Resort charges are a little steep but I am happy to pay .

Have been looking at these via the BA website and find some prices cheaper than direct.
As above resort fee's need to be factored in for example the Hilton is $40 and I believe the parking is an additional charge.
The Disney hotels were cheaper than booking direct as well.
Need to book by the 2nd February.
