We were due to have a big family holiday this month with a voucher they had carried forward because our lodge last year wasn’t clean and a few other issues when we arrived which they sorted and moved us and gave us a voucher
They have extended the voucher till March 20 22 and added so much on we can have a luxury lodge for a mon to fri or a weekend end stay or we can have a mod to Friday and add on the Feb half term in a upgraded lodge which we are going/for as we can take the pre schoolers and the others join us from Thursday evening/to Monday
It might be the fact we’ve been going over 30 years but who cares

They must have mellowed with covid times, quite hard to get anything out of them in the past beyond cancel and/or rebook...

That's fantastic service and lovely to see that a company is offering such a good deal to loyal customers.
We really enjoy Centre Parcs, have only been a few times but its a place that we find we can really relax.
