Any Royal Navy peeps on here?
DS has his interview next week so just after any help or tips please.
It's remote and scheduled for 2 1/2 hours, although they told him it'd most likely be around 1 hour, he's arranged his eye test for before it so that he's all up to date. He's doing his research but always great to have any insight from people who have been there. He's applying for a diving role. Thank you

He's wavering a little after being set on this career for the last couple of years, I'm hoping that the application process and going down to Portsmouth for his face to face medical will help him make the right decision for him. |

Best of luck for what could be a very rewarding career.
The obvious ones are part of the job description - teamwork, working under pressure, adventurous spirit, fitness. They will want to know a bit more about the motivation to join the Navy and see if you can articulate why you think you'd fit in and cope with life being away from friends and family for long periods. |
