Oh no there’s a shame about the long car journey to Disney World and the state of the room but apart from that it seemed a great travel day.

Isabella is obviously a seasoned traveller she did so well! We looooove POFQ so sad to hear it was dirty and they weren’t amenable, hope things pick up tomorrow!

A long day for you all and I would be very disappointed with the room and the following customer service, hope that it soon get's resolved for you. Shame about Tampa too, we always prefer to fly in to there but we are going to MCO this year, not looking forward to the queues

A good travel day. The theming of the Resort looks lovely disappointing about the room though.

Aww no, I'm so sad your room was crap and hope you get a better one! I absolutely fell in love with POFQ and hoped you guys would too - not a great start, Disney!
