Yak & Yeti looks really nice, especially the prawns. I think Storybook seems a good experience, I’m not sure how well the food would go down with my kids. How lovely that Minnie got to open the movie, a nice souvenir too. My youngest was beside herself to watch the premiere of the film on the Disney channel, any plans we had for the days leading up to it she would always say “we will be back in the room in time for Descendants on Friday night!”...not sure why we buy park tickets we could just leave her locked in a room to watch the Disney channel

I totally agree the mushroom bisque was the best starter. I didn't really rate this meal though I'm afraid. I have written up but not posted yet...anyway it was fun to try something new and the characters were good to meet, we've never met the dwarfs or the evil queen as we've never done MNSSHP so never had the chance. I'm glad you managed to get front row for the main event for your DD!

Glad Artists point worked out ok for you. I too thought the mushroom soup was good.
Hope you’ve enjoyed Cali Grill Brunch. We really really liked that meal.

Enjoying your report. Love OKW and Yak & Yeti. The Polite Pig was on our list but we didn't make it there.

California Grill Brunch

We were sent up and greeted with Mimosa with boba ball in them. Think they were passion fruit. They were nice. The kids got sparkling apple juice which they loved.

We were shown the buffet bit and after ordering when up to get food.

The sushi was definitely the star of this.

We also tried the Rum Baba( Minnie loved the ice cream for breakfast), dips, devilled eggs, honey, cheese.

Minnie’s photo of her plate. Its all about butter and strawberry!

The kids both ordered the blueberry pancake with bacon on the side. These were great as was the bacon.

I had the pineapple and coconut stuffed toast. This was light and not too sweet. I really enjoyed it.

James had the Chicken chilaquiles. This was super fresh and he really enjoyed it.

James and i also enjoyed a bloody mary and a few more mimosas.

It was a relaxed experience and we didn't feel rushed at all. We took the desserts to go.
sorry they look bashed.

We had planned to go to Epcot after this but decided to have some time at the pool. It was a super hot day and we were all full and wanted to chill.

This was definitely our best meal so far. Well worth doing.

The CG brunch menu seems to have changed since we were last there, I really like the look of the coconut toast. Also somebody has a cute flamingo shirt.
