i just thought what the hell-never going to meet them! I just said hi is this epcot-they answered yes its the red phonebox in england then i said i was from england and got the number of the dibb!

Maybe we could have a designated dibb time to be at the phone each day then a dibber could phone from the uk to speak to a dibber in epcot- I'm thinking the dibbline maybe?!?
