help! do I book flight or wait?!

Hi guys! right at the last minute dd 16 has decided to come with us. I tried getting her added onto our Universal hotel but BA say they cant amend at this end at the moment and i can either wait and add her on over there (risky) or phone them directly and ask,
Problem is, theyre not open for another 4 hours and there is one seat left on the only remaining (another airlines) direct flight and the price has dropped too!
Is it worth risking and booking the flight, there are 4 of us booked and i know the rooms sleep 5 so surely it should be fine, right?

If the room sleeps 5, and there's 4 of you currently, I would say go for it, you would hate it if that one remaining seat sold out, and if your happy with the price, I would just do it, either way I am sure the hotel will be able to sort something out, whereas if the seat goes theres absolutely nothing you can do.

Thats what i was thinking, Im just worried on the off chance they cant add her and we really dont have the money to book another room for a week. Maybe I could give them the doe eyes
