That’s strange at the Poly as we had two room last September, only for 5 nights but the T&T was correct. This time we’re here 15 nights and have had one full clean and one T&T so far. No problems at all.

As funny as that pic is, it is the dues pay for all that stuff. So if they are doing it frequently then its us who are paying for their incompetence.

They've obviously shaped up. We gave management a pretty hard time while we there there as it was just getting stupid in the end.

Tom, do you regularly ask for more coffee?
We usually buy coffee to last us between the days when housekeeping visit. I assumed (perhaps wrongly and without any basis) that you couldn’t ask for more!

Hi. No I ask for nothing off them at all.

We bring our own Costa Rican coffee as we get through loads.

All I want when they clean is exactly what I'm supposed to have. Nothing more and nothing less. Sadly it's beyond them

According to Pete Werner's DVC show videos he thought housekeeping was superb at BLT- maybe SSR needs a change of management.

Mmm, maybe. After 2 good meals at the Turf Club recently we popped there last night.

My Wife's scallops were raw and my pork was inedible. Sent back and the replacement was equally as bad.

Stood up and walked out without paying anything.
